On the first floor, coming up from the stairs, you find a passage area with access to the Loggia outside and to the external characteristic staircase. The passage is also the access to the sleeping area which is divided in this way: a large double
bedroom with wardrobe and shower/ bath bathroom on-suite; a double bedroom; a family bathroom ; the guests’ bedroom with its wooden beamed ceilings. The whole first floor is paved in parquet.
The tower has a private access from outside, through an old stone staircase . The entrance opens into a lovely room with old terracotta tiles on the floor. Here a wooden staircase is the access to the upper floor , occupied by an open plan bathroom; a spiral
metal staircase gives, then, the possibility to reach the top floor of the tower with an iron parapet.
The surrounding land, including even100 love trees, has been completely fenced.
The pool, a 6 x12, has recently been made.
The nearby standing lovely hay barn would be ideal to create either a studio apartment or a pool house. Even for the barn, the restoration has been recently completed.
Another outbuilding , once used as stables, is currently used as a
