DESCRIPTION: In the outskirts of the town Pieve Santo Stefano, placed on a hill-site with a panoramic view, an old stone two-storey house, attached on one side. The house measures 80sqmts(861,14 square feet) at all and it is divided in this way: on the ground floor

The town Pieve Santo Stefano is only five minutes drive from there and here you can find all the services you could need, like bank, chemist’s shop and a wide range of local shops. In Pieve Santo Stefano there is also the opportunity to take the E45, one of the main thoroughfare of the traffic in the central Italy. It links, in fact, Ravenna( very close
to the Adriatic coast) to Orte (that is near Rome).In this way it is really very easy to reach important resorts like Rimini and Riccione in only 1 hour drive and Rome in only two hours drive. The town Sansepolcro, birthplace for Piero della Francesca, is 10 minutes drive from Pieve and you can reach it by the E45; here there is a beautiful museum with many important paintings, but, among them the masterpiece of Piero della Francesca that is the fresco “la Resurrezione” Arezzo, the
wonderful city ,that has been the cinematographic set for the Film “ Life is beautiful” with Roberto Benigni, is only 30 minutes drive from there. In Arezzo there are many stunning medieval churches those need to be visited and also some interesting museums. The nearest airports are in Perugia (40 minutes drive), Forlì ( a bit more than 1 hour drive), Florence (about 1 hour and 20 minutes drive), Pisa ( 2 hours drive ), Bologna ( 2 hours drive),Rome. |
